Return & Refund Policy

Hey, friend! Thanks for ordering our stickers. We've worked hard to create something we think you'll LOVE. All of our stickers are printed and packed with love for our loyal lab members, however, given that our lab is still being built and we've just launched, our wonderful color-your-own stickers are all final sale at this time.

We regretfully have to note that we do not offer returns or replacements on items purchased from Adoralabs at this time (assuming there are no issues with the order). However, if you do have feedback on how we can make our stickers and products better for YOU, we ask that you please email us at info@getadoralabs.com with your amazing feedback and ideas!

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t quite right with your order, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! If your package arrives damaged, missing an item, or contains the wrong goodies, please email us at info@getadoralabs.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a quick photo if something doesn't seem quite right so our small-but-mighty Adoralabs team can sort things out quickly. If your delivery date (as listed in your shipping confirmation) has passed and your stickers still haven’t shown up, reach out to us so we can help track things down.

While we’d love to hand-deliver every package ourselves, once your order is with the postal service, it’s in their hands. If delivery problems happen more than once at your address, we might suggest checking in with your local post office to help ensure smooth delivery next time.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Once an order has been processed and payment has gone through, the details are locked in so our lab team can get your stickers printed, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible. Because of this, we’re not able to guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is in progress.

If you need to make a change, please reach out to us at info@getadoralabs.com right away and we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t promise updates can be made once things are already in motion. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Adoralabs isn’t responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address, so giving it a quick look before checkout helps make sure your happy mail finds its way home!
